On 3 August 2020, the Municipality of Guardiaregia organized an Info Day called "Canyon at Sunset" in the frame of LASPEH project. The aim was to illustrate all the operative phases characterizing the recently completed reclamation works in the Quirino Canyon, carried out within the project activities.

The event took place in Guardiaregia at the WWF Visit Centre of the Reserve and was followed by a walk along the edge of the canyon. 

After the Info Day, the Mayor Fabio Iuliano declared the following: "Laspeh project is in the final phase. The cooperation experience, which involved our little Molise Region with Guardiaregia together with Apulia Region, Albania and Montenegro, was really interesting and beneficial. Nobody would have bet on the success of the whole project, especially concerning small administrations like ours. During the last meeting, the state of play was presented and, then, we went into the "Natural Reserve" to see the proposed and implemented actions. Mr. Stefano Vitale carefully explained to all presents the interventions made and the expected results that will surely be confirmed by the experimental data which will be announced during the last meeting at the project ends (probably next spring). Surely, I’ll participate at next European "calls" concerning Interreg projects in order to face new challenges, as well as to live cultural exchanges with communities that are so close but, at the same time, very different from ours."
